The Great Outdoors

We went camping for the first time as a family. Real camping...a tent, sleeping bags (air mattresses are for sissies!), and marshmallows on the campfire. We are ready to go back and plan to really soon!

On a side note, I found this letter when leaving the campsite:
"Please help me. My humans think I am some sort of "wilderness animal". They made me lay in poky things under a tree that they refer to as pine tags IN THE HEAT. Also, I had to sleep on the HARD GROUND all night in a bubble while things hooted all around me. I fear they have lost it. I do not do well in these conditions. I dreamed of my bed and AC all night. Help me! H"
