Wrenn - Week 17

Wrenn still wasn't sleeping through the night, and actually started getting worse. She went from waking up once/night to twice/night and then every 2-3 hours like she did as a newborn! Luckily, that newborn thing lasted 2 nights. And FINALLY on March 26 (towards the end of her 17th week), she slept through the night!!! It was amazing! After doing some 4am researching, I came to the conclusion that she was going through a 4-month sleep regression.

I'd like to say she's slept through the night ever since, but she'll give me one good night about once/week to a week and a half. Otherwise, she wakes up between 3-5am to eat (takes her about 20ish minutes) and goes right back to sleep. Not ideal, but I can definitely function.

Also of note...during tummy time, the little stinker is actually trying to get up on her knees. Christopher didn't believe me until he saw it. He looked at her in disbelief. She definitely has a ways to go, but she is already trying. I think we're going to have a little mover and shaker on our hands well before her brothers were getting around (they crawled at 10 months and walked at 15 and 16 months).

She loves going day hiking in her backpack carrier!

Socks. Wrenn's favorite pastime - taking them off and eating them

Mani/pedi while she naps (and yes, that's polish on her face too.)
